VISUAL SCRIPT AID UPGRADE
Please note that we have performed an upgrade to the visual script aid system. As a result, you should now be able to view the aids on a range of tablets and phones such as iPads and iPhones. You can now also use a much wider range of internet browsers on your computer, including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. You no longer require Silverlight on your computer.
You will notice some changes to the video player. To expand the picture to full screen, press the expanding arrow symbol in the bottom right corner. Press the contracting arrows to return to normal view.
You will still need to click the box to agree to the terms and conditions the first time you watch a video from a new competition. This box is still located at the bottom of the page, you may have to scroll down to find it. The video will then start to play above it.
Please only click on the clapperboard once when waiting for the video page to load. Repeatedly clicking the clapperboard will slow down the loading process as each click restarts the process from the beginning.
We are aware that some members using older computers running Windows XP will now need to use Google Chrome as their internet browser. A few users of Windows 7 currently using Internet Explorer, may also need to use an alternative browser. If you are using Safari on a Windows computer you will need to have Quicktime installed on your computer. If you are experiencing any difficulties viewing the script aids on a computer they previously worked on, please get in contact with us.
